Good morning Sultans, we have received many questions regarding attendance. With the move over to Distance Learning, we have had to change the way in which we take attendance. Going forward, students will log into Infinite Campus and under the Today Tab, click on “Check-Ins” and click the “Yes, I’m here”. They only have to do this once per day to count for a full-day of attendance. Our attendance system updates overnight to reflect the attendance for the day before. This can cause some confusion, all students will look absent for the current day until our system updates. Tutorial videos have been posted for students to view on their Google Classrooms and can be viewed at bit.ly/sultanarevisedattendance If you are still having trouble, please contact the school. If you need to pick-up textbooks or get your Chromebook fixed, Sultan Hall (MPR) will be open from 1:30-3:00 Monday-Thursday this week. Please wear a face mask and practice social distancing.

Textbook collection and distribution of new textbooks along with repairs to your Chromebook will take place starting Monday, August 3rd in Sultan Hall.
Seniors: Monday 8/3 from 8:00-11:00
Juniors: Monday 8/3 from 11:00-2:00
Sophomores: Tuesday 8/4 from 8:00-11:00
Freshman: Tuesday 8/4 from 11:00-2:00
Please make arrangements to attend during your designated time slot. If you are not able to attend your scheduled time, we will be open from 11:00-2:00 on Wednesday 8/5 for all grade levels. Don’t forget to bring your textbooks from last year with you. Please park in the lot off Sultana and enter the back door into the Multipurpose Room (Sultan Hall). Face coverings and social distancing are required.

Textbook pick up and distribution
Hi HUSD parents and students. This is a quick reminder about the 2020-2021 Online Registration Update that all HUSD parents/students must complete before our planned return to school in August 2020. Please note that this online process simply replaces the hard copy packet that we normally would send home with your student.
If you have already completed the 2020-2021 registration update process kindly disregard this post. If you have not completed the process your child should have received an email in their school issued GMail account titled “2020-2021 Online Registration Update Info” from “no reply” on Monday, June 22nd. This email has step by step instructions on how to complete the update process. Please review the email with your child and complete the process as soon as possible.

Please remember that school response times are increased because of both the COVID-19 safety measures and summer break.
